Shipping Policy

At Namta Organic, we are committed to delivering your favourite herbal wellness products quickly, safely and efficiently. This Shipping outlines the key information about how we process, ship and deliver your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. 

  1. Shipping Coverage 

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted delivery partners. At this time, we do not support international shipping. However, we are constantly expanding and include overseas delivery options in the near future.

  1. Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the working days. During high- volume periods or sales, order processing may take slightly longer, but we do our best to minimize delays. 

  1. Delivery Time & Estimates 

We aim to deliver your products within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is generally faster, while remote or rural areas may require extra time. Please note that unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes or logistics disruptions are beyond our control. 

  1. Shipping Charges 

Namta Organic offers free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 599. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of Rs 49 is applicable. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional service fee, which will be displayed at checkout. 

  1. Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time. If you face issues while tracking your order, our support team is here to help. 

  1. Packaging & Safety 

We believe in sustainability and use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible. All herbal products are securely packaged to ensure freshness and prevent any damage during transit. Fragile items are double-packed to maintain their integrity. 

  1. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we can reship the order after verifying the updated details, with applicable re-shipping charges. Refunds for undelivered orders will be processed after deducting logistics costs. 

  1. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or find any item missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. We will assess the case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
