Refund Policy

At Namta Organic, we prioritize your satisfaction and well-being. Our products are crafted with the utmost care using high-quality herbal and natural ingredients. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and customer- friendly refund policy to ensure your shopping experience with us remains trustworthy and stress-free. 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product. 

  • You received the wrong product. 

  • Your order was not delivered. 

  • The product has a proven quality issue (subject to verification by our team). 

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging. 

  • You initiate the refund request within 7 days of receiving the order. 

  • You provide valid proof of purchase such as an order ID, invoice and product photos.

Products that are opened, used or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, certain categories such as personal care or hygiene items may be non-refundable due to safety and hygiene reasons. 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@namtaorganic.com or WhatsApp us on our official helpline.

  2. Share your Order ID, a description of the issue and images (if applicable). 

  3. Our team will review the request within 2-3 working days and notify you about the steps. 

In certain cases, we may request you to return the products for verification. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and the return address. 

Refund Method and Timeline

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchases. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. 

If the refund is being made through a wallet or UPI, please ensure that the account details are accurate to avoid delays. 

Return Shipping Policy 

If the refund is approved due to a mistake on our part (wrong, damaged or defective product). Namta Organic will bear the return shipping cost. In other scenarios such as if the customer changes their mind, the return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer. Returned products must be properly packaged to avoid further damage during transit. 

Exchange Policy 

In place of a refund, customers can opt for a replacement or exchange if the item is in stock. The same eligibility rules apply. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. 

Non- Refundable Items

We do not accept refund requests for:

  • Used or opened products 

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Personalized or custom orders.
